Have a question or need a hand? Our Customer Service Centre, located between W.K. Chan Jewellers and Fruits & Passion, is always glad to help during regular mall hours.                                                                                            

MALL SERVICES

Auto Assistance: Don’t get stuck in the parking lot – our Auto Assistance is there to make sure you get home after a great day of shopping. From car boosting to a lost car search, stop by the Customer Service Centre.
 
Club 55 Senior Discount Program: Enjoy the benefits of Club 55! The first Tuesday of each month is Senior’s Day for Club 55 members. If you are 55 years and older then stop by the Customer Service Centre and register - at no cost!
 
Customer Comment Cards: Make yourself heard by passing along your thoughts and ideas. Fill out one of our Comment Cards, located throughout the mall. You could win a $25 St. Vital Centre Giftcard in our monthly draw, just for speaking your mind!
 
Faxing Service: Convenient and easy, we offer faxing at the following rates per page (including GST): Local $1; Long Distance $2; Overseas $3.50; Incoming $1.
 

Giftcards: One size fits all when you give St. Vital Centre Giftcards, now available in any denomination between $5 and $500. No service fees upon activation, and any lost or stolen cards can now be cancelled and replaced so your card remains secure.

Gift Wrapping: You’ve found the perfect gift; now get it wrapped before you leave the mall! Ready for the giving, our gift-wrap service is available for a nominal fee (including GST); prices based on the size of the parcel.
 

Lost & Found: Lost something? Maybe it’s been turned in to our Customer Service Centre. Check with us or call (204)-257-5646. Items are kept for 30 days before being donated to charity.

Mall Walking: Stay in shape all year round! St. Vital Centre provides a safe, warm venue for mall walking at no charge. Access to the centre is available at any entrance two hours prior to the stores opening. We provide a map of the shopping centre indicating the distance around the facility.

PLEASE NOTE:  Beginning Feb. 15/12 doors will open Mon. to Fri. at 8:00 am for Mall walkers. Saturday doors will open at 7:30 am and Sunday at 10:00 am.

Our Eyes are Yours: Blind or visually impaired customers can be escorted to requested stores, receive assistance with purchases or be accompanied to a pick-up destination. Book an appointment by contacting the Customer Service Supervisor.

Paging: Allow us to make a mall-wide announcement on your behalf in an emergency.  We are more than happy to help.

Postage Stamps: Now you can check mail off your to-do list! Canadian stamps are available for purchase.

Sewing Supplies: Coming apart at the seams? We’ve got complimentary sewing kits for your on-the-spot mending.

Strollers: Chauffeur your little shopper in a complimentary stroller, available at Customer Service.  Please note that Photo ID is required and there is a height restriction of 36".

Tourist Information: Welcome to Winnipeg – if you love to shop then we are where you want to be!  Our Customer Service Representatives are happy to answer your questions, point you in the right direction or suggest things to do while visiting our great city.  

Transit Schedules: It’s easy to visit us! View transit schedules at the Customer Service Centre. The Transit Information Board across from Dental Image Therapy also lists bus schedules for the surrounding area.

Washrooms for Special Needs: Wheelchair-accessible washroom, family washroom and baby changing area located in the Food Hall next to Tim Hortons.

Wheelchairs & Scooter: Complimentary use for St. Vital Centre customers.

NEW! Walkers & Folding Carts: Complimentary use for St. Vital Centre customers.

 

SECURITY & FIRST AID

While you’re focused on shopping, we’re behind the scenes making sure your experience is always safe, secure and satisfying.
 
For your protection, we have interior and exterior closed circuit television monitoring, 24-hour foot patrols, security vehicle patrols and bike patrols (weather permitting). All of our Security officers are trained in First Aid, so if you require immediate medical assistance, contact Customer Service. St. Vital Centre owns a mobile defibrillator for use in emergency situations.
