Community Booth Requests
Each year, St. Vital Centre is pleased to welcome over 150 community groups and charitable organizations to use mall space to support their worthy causes and goals. Our Community Booth, located in front of Sears, is available for non-profit charitable organizations to sell raffle tickets, promote a fundraising event or to provide display information about their organization.  It is a self-contained unit that has all the necessary needs for your organization (i.e.) locked cabinet, counter space, access to electricity, etc.
 
A written request for the use of the Community Booth must be provided by your organization. Please include the legal name of the organization, the dates that you would like to come in, a contact person with a mailing address and phone number as well as the purpose that you would be utilizing the booth for. **Please note that the booth must be staffed during all shopping centre hours**.
 
Once the request has been approved and the dates have been confirmed, a confirmation package will be sent out with an agreement that has to be signed and returned along with a copy of the organization’s liability and property damage insurance in connection with the use of the community booth in an amount of not less than $5,000,000.00. Such insurance shall name 20 VIC Management Inc., OPB Realty Inc. and St. Vital Centre Promotion Fund Inc. as additional insured. Please note that each group is allowed in once per calendar year.
