Physiofit Mom: Mom and Baby Stroller Fitness

Class One is Mondays & Wednesdays and Class Two is Tuesdays & Thursdays - Classes are free!
Get active and meet new friends in this fun-packed bonding time for baby and you!
PhysioFit Mom is a 60 minute circuit-training program for cardio and total body toning with a focus on regaining abdominal and pelvic floor strength. If you’ve had your six week post-partum check-up and are cleared for exercise, bring baby and stroller and join us.
For children 6 weeks to 4 years – double strollers welcome.
Classes: Mondays & Wednesdays and Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9:00 am to 10:00 am
*meet in the Food Hall next to Tim Hortons outside Family Room*
