Available in denominations of $5 to $500, Giftcards come with a complimentary gift envelope and you can purchase yours at Customer Service or via our secure online site.

 

 

Please note that St. Vital Centre Giftcards are not returnable or exchangeable. As per Manitoba Law, a $2.50 account maintenance fee will be taken off the card every month after the 12 months of NON-USE.Please review your cardholder agreement carefully for more information, or ask Customer Service.

 

There is a $10 processing fee per transaction for shipping orders only. Orders for pick-up are always free; arrange to have your online order ready for you to pick up at Customer Service during mall hours. Photos ID is required when picking up giftcards at Customer Service.

 

Please allow three business days for processing. Delivery time is three business days after processing and approval.

 

Giftcard orders under $150 may be sent directly to the recipient, and may include a special message from the sender. Regulations state that all orders over $150 must be shipped to the purchaser.

Giftcard Balance Inquiries
The balance of the Giftcard account is available by telephone at 1-800-755-8608 and online at www.getmybalance.com.

 

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Giftcards
If a Giftcard is lost, stolen or damaged, the Cardholder may request a replacement card if they present the original receipt for the purchase of the Giftcard, or the damaged Giftcard in the case of a damaged Giftcard. A replacement Giftcard will be issued and activated in the amount of the available balance of the Giftcard account at the time when the replacement card is issued. No fee will be charged for this.
