Position:  Store Manager and Co-Manager
Description:

We have successfully launched our first 31 stores in Canada and will be opening more in 2010. We are currently looking for a Store Manager and Co-Managers for the St. Vital Centre location:

This position will play a key role in growing our brand, fostering our company culture for our Associates and creating a unique and memorable shopping experience for our Customers.

Build Talent - Attract top talent, keenly asses their capability, hire and retain only the best Associates for all positions

  • Coach, develop and maximize the success of all Associates - building a high performing team

Qualifications: Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years of Management experience needed. Experience managing multi-store locations an asset.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing in a high transaction environment - beauty industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels and "lead change".
  • Experience opening new stores and/or managing a renovation/store relocation is ideal.
  • A demonstrated ability to facilitate learning at all levels.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain sales results with a strong desire to exceed expectations.
  • Strong coaching, leadership, supervisory and customer service skills.
