Back to School in Style Colouring Contest Rules and Regulations
 
1. The contest runs from Monday, August 16, 2010 to Sunday, August 29, 2010. Entrants must be residents of Manitoba. Employees, principals, representatives or agents of 20 VIC Management Inc.; retail merchants of St. Vital Centre and immediate families of any of the foregoing are not eligible to enter.
 
2. Entrants must be a current or new member of the St. Vital Centre Kids Club. Entrants must complete one of two colouring sheets and return it with a complete ballot to Customer Service. All contest material can be found on the St. Vital Centre website, www.stvitalcentre.com, or at Customer Service. No purchase necessary.
 
3. The prize(s) awarded will be one (1) Build-A-Bear Workshop® bear valued at $40.00 and one (1) St. Vital Centre Giftcard valued at $100.00. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No substitutions will be made for any prize. Prizes must be accepted as awarded.
 
4. In the unlikely event that St. Vital Centre cannot offer the prize as advertised, we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
 
5. The odds of becoming a winner will depend upon the number of entries submitted.
 
6. Altered Official Ballots, incomplete Official Ballots and entries not submitted on the Official Ballot will be disqualified. Any entrant who does not comply with these Rules and Regulations for this contest will be disqualified.
 
7. In the event of non-compliance with these Rules and Regulations by a potential contest winner, an alternative winner may be selected. By entering this contest, all entrants acknowledge having read these Rules and Regulations, agree to be bound by them, and agree to the use of his or her name, photograph and potential appearance in any related publicity without further compensation.
 
8. Winners will be selected by September 1, 2010 by a random draw made by representatives of St. Vital Centre from all eligible Entries. Each selected eligible winner will be notified by telephone or in written form by courier, at the option of St. Vital Centre. If the winner does not respond to St. Vital Centre within 48 hours of being contacted, the winner will be disqualified and an alternative winner may be selected.
 
9. In order to win a prize, all selected eligible winners must produce identification satisfactory to the representative of St. Vital Centre and sign an acknowledgement and release form prepared by St. Vital Centre. If the winner is under age of 18, a signature of a parent or guardian is required.
 
10. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.
 
11. All Entries received remain the property of St. Vital Centre and in no case will be returned to the Entrants or shared with a 3rd party.
 
12. Decisions of the contest judge, appointed by St. Vital Centre, with respect to any issues surrounding this contest are final with respect to all aspects of this contest.
 
13. St. Vital Centre reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time, without notice.
 
14. 20 VIC Management Inc. and St. Vital Centre take no responsibility for Entries or claims disqualified, lost, destroyed, misdirected, or delayed. None of 20 VIC Management Inc. or St. Vital Centre, or any of its directors, officers, employees and agents shall be responsible for any contest Entries that for any reason whatsoever are lost, misplaced or destroyed.
 
15. Each contest Entrant by entering this contest hereby releases 20 VIC Management Inc. and St. Vital Centre, its directors, officers, employees and agents from any claims whatsoever that the contest Entrant may have as a result of the Entrant’s participation in this contest.
