Contest Rules and Regulations

1. This contest runs monthly beginning February 2010 until determined by the Marketing Department at St. Vital Centre. Entrants must be residents of Manitoba. Employees, principals, representatives or agents of 20 VIC Management Inc.; retail merchants of St. Vital Centre and immediate families of any of the foregoing are not eligible to enter.

2. Entrants can complete an official ballot by submitting their email address to the St. Vital Centre emailing list at www.stvitalcentre.com, under Join our Mailing List. No purchase necessary.

3. The prize awarded will be a St. Vital Centre Giftcard, valued at $100. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No substitutions will be made for any prize. Prizes must be accepted as awarded.

4. The odds of becoming a winner will depend upon the number of entries submitted.

5. Altered Official Ballots, incomplete Official Ballots and entries not submitted on the Official Ballot will be disqualified. Any entrant who does not comply with these Rules and Regulations for this contest will be disqualified.

6. In the event of non-compliance with these Rules and Regulations by a potential contest winner, an alternative winner may be selected. By entering this contest, all entrants acknowledge having read these Rules and Regulations, agree to be bound by them, and agree to the use of his or her name, photograph and potential appearance in any related publicity without further compensation.

7. Winners will be selected on the first Wednesday of every month by a random draw made by representatives of St. Vital Centre from all eligible Entries. Each selected eligible winner will be notified by written form by e-mail. If the winner does not respond to St. Vital Centre within 72 hours of being contacted, the winner will be disqualified and an alternative winner may be selected.

8. 20 VIC Management and St. Vital Centre are not responsible for lost entries or for any failure of the website at any time, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by St. Vital Centre on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof. St. Vital Centre expressly disclaims liability from loss or damage to a contestant’s computer system howsoever caused arising from bugs, viruses or technical failures in any way associated with or arising from on-line or electronic entries.

9. In order to win a prize, all selected eligible winners must have correctly answered the skill testing question, produce identification satisfactory to the representative of St. Vital Centre and sign an acknowledgement and release form prepared by St. Vital Centre. If the winner is under age of 18, a signature of a parent or guardian is required.

10. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.

11. All Entries received remain the property of St. Vital Centre and in no case will be returned to the Entrants or will be shared with a 3rd party.

12. Decisions of the contest judge, appointed by St. Vital Centre, with respect to any issues surrounding this contest are final with respect to all aspects of this contest.

13. St. Vital Centre reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time, without notice.

14. 20 VIC Management Inc. or St. Vital Centre, or any of its directors, officers, employees and agents shall take no responsibility for any contest Entries that for any reason whatsoever are lost, misplaced, destroyed, disqualified or misdirected.

15. Each contest Entrant by entering this contest hereby releases 20 VIC Management Inc. and St. Vital Centre, its directors, officers, employees and agents from any claims whatsoever that the contest Entrant may have as a result of the Entrant’s participation in this contest.
