If you are a not-for-profit organization, but not a registered charity, and you are interested in hosting an event or display for no charge in St. Vital Centre, please read the following regulations. 
  1. You must be recognized as a not-for-profit organization in the Province of Manitoba.
  2. Your event and/or display must be approved by St. Vital Centre Management. Not all events and/or displays will be approved. Management has the right to choose which organizations are permitted space in the Centre.
  3. The dates which you request and the space you request may not be available. We will try to accommodate each organization to the best of our ability.
  4. Centre Court is not an option when requesting space.
  5. You must provide a complete written description of the event and a diagram of your display.
  6. All signage must be professionally printed and mounted. We do not allow hand written posters or signage of any kind.
  7. It is the responsibility of the organization to provide tables, table skirts, chairs, sound systems, stages, or any other display items. St. Vital Centre does not provide these items.
  8. It is the responsibility of the organization hosting the event and/or display to set-up and take down the display. St. Vital Centre does not provide staff to assist with this.
  9. You must advise prior to the signing of your Contract, whether you need power for your event and/or display. We have limited sites with power and one may not be available.
  10. Your event and/or display must be manned during all mall hours.
  11. You are not permitted to sell retail items of any kind, or procure a profit of any kind while utilizing space in St. Vital Centre.
  12. You must provide liability insurance in an amount of not less than $5 million. Such insurance shall name 20 VIC Management Inc., OPB Realty Inc. and St. Vital Centre Promotion Fund Inc. as additional insureds. This proof of insurance must be provided at least 10 (ten) days prior to set up.
